About the Author:
She was raised in a small town in Illinois where she spent way too much of my formidable youth with her head lost in a fantasy. Growing up, media had taught me that black female characters could only exist as obnoxious friends, loud mouth protagonists, or disposable girlfriends who were never meant to be the primary interest of anyone’s affections. Because of this, she has dedicated herself to writing romance & fantasy novels that will always send one clear message to readers that see themselves in her stories: you are deserving of a grand love story.
